Game Description:

A 2.5D platformer made for Ontario's winter game jam, set inside a dream sequence the player is force to run through a track designed by krampus himself. Escape Krampus' nightmarish track before being caught. The clock is ticking, and with every step, Krampus draws nearer....

Torn from the waking world, you are imprisoned in the fabricated reality of Krampus, and forced to flee through his nightmarish trial or freeze to death in his twisted


Story:
Returning from a tumultuous Christmas with your family, you lose your way in the snowy countryside due to an unexpected blizzard. As you stumble across the darkness of the blizzard, you suddenly fall, seemingly overtaken by hypothermia, and fully expect to die. Unexpectedly, a figure comes to you through the cold, relentless blizzard... and it does not look friendly... you recognize it as Krampus, a monster of Alpine children's tales, known for punishing those who misbehave... You expect him to take you down to Hell in punishment for the confrontational nature of the Christmas you had just returned from... but he doesn't... instead, he proposes a Trial, and promises that he will let you go should you complete it. Fail, and your demise will be certain. Do you have what it takes to complete the Trial of Krampus?
